Your Questions, Answered
-
We are a couple and a team of two, working closely together to ensure a consistent style and a personal approach to every project. For weddings, we often recommend a team of up to 4 people to ensure the best coverage and results, especially for larger celebrations or more complex timelines.
We collaborate with a trusted network of external, longterm partners who share our vision and standards, allowing us to scale the team when needed. Each project is tailored to the size and needs of the event, and we remain flexible, adjusting the team accordingly to best serve your day. -
To book our services, you can email us at countervisionstudio@gmail.com or complete the contact form here. Once we receive your message, we’ll get back to you to discuss availability, details, and next steps.
-
To secure your wedding date, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the final price is required.
Since every wedding is unique, the final price is personalized based on the services selected and the specific needs of your celebration. We recommend getting in touch with us so we can discuss the details and tailor a proposal that best fits your vision.
Once the deposit is received and the agreement is confirmed, your date is officially reserved. -
We are based in Paros, but we are happy to travel anywhere for a project. Travel and accommodation expenses are simply added to the final cost, depending on the location and scope of the project.
If you’re planning something outside Paros, feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss the details. -
Yes, absolutely. As locals, we know Paros very well and are happy to recommend locations that best suit your vision, the light, and the overall mood of the shoot. Our goal is to choose settings that enhance the experience and help create the most beautiful and authentic results.

WEDDING
Our editing process begins in early autumn once the wedding season slows and we can dedicate the time and care your story deserves. For weddings, the estimated delivery time is 4-6 months we believe in quality over speed - each image and feel is carefully curated, edited and refined to reflect our signature style and the emotion of your day.
For couples who would like to receive their photos sooner, we offer an optional priority editing service, which allows an earlier delivery. This service can be added upon request and is subject to availability.
With this service, photos can be delivered within 15 days and videos within up to one month. This option allows us to prioritize your gallery while maintaining the same level of quality and detail.
COUPLE/FAMILY SESSION
For couple and family sessions, the photoshoot lasts approximately 1 hour, and the final edited images are delivered within 7 days.
ARCHITECURE
For architectural projects, a first selection of images is delivered within 7-10 days, with the full gallery completed within 30 days. -
Yes, we do, upon request. We often recommend a pre-wedding session to help couples feel more comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding day.
After-wedding sessions are also highly recommended, as they allow more time and flexibility and are often when our most signature images are created. -
We do not deliver raw image files, as the final edited photographs represent our complete work and artistic vision.
Raw video files can be provided upon request and with an additional fee, depending on the scope of the project.
-
Yes, we do. Albums are available upon request and after communication.
-
We securely keep backups of all delivered files for up to one year after final delivery. We strongly recommend that clients download and save their photos on their own devices or cloud storage once they are delivered, to ensure long-term safekeeping.
-
We don’t work with a fixed shot list, as our approach is organic and documentary, focusing on natural moments as they unfold.
The only list we ask for is a family and group combination list, to ensure we capture the specific groupings that are important to you. -
